THIS OFFER HAS ENDED.

AIB (NI) has today launched a new switch and save offer. T&Cs.

Screenshot 2026-04-13 at 16.30.27.jpeg

Save (£100): Open a new Regular Saver Account and deposit a minimum of £100 to it within 30 days of opening the account.

+ Offer is open to residents of Northern Ireland only.

+ Reward(s) will be paid within 30 days of opening the account(s).

+ Excludes anyone who holds currently holds a current account with AIB (NI). If you hold a non-current account with AIB (NI) you're eligible.

Give it a go! They're more efficient than Danske, though the process is a little long winded. Remember Docusign? 🙄

By complete coincidence I switched out my AIB account a few weeks ago so applied for a new one yesterday. Will see what happens, but nothing in the T&Cs about excluding people who received a switching bonus in the past.

Just take it step by step and you'll be fine. I docusigned all my stuff yesterday so waiting for them now to co-docusign (just checked - part 1 co-docusigned, just waiting for part 2 now which will then complete the docusign process!).

The customer service is good, it's done from their Dublin office, I find that the Irish banks have far superior customer service than the British banks, but the app is ghastly. 😱
