Yes I phoned back on the basis of "how do I make a complaint" and got through to a really pleasant assistant who took the time to go through the ordering steps, spot that the web page is either wrong or misleading, call head office, and authorise a refund once the items had been despatched (which they have now).
Now just need to call back to the original assistant who was extremely rude and offered to wager me £million that the offer didn't apply to the starter packs - I could soon be rich but I'm not holding my breath :rotfl:
Daughters friends will get some nice birthday presents after all.0
