I already posted, it is a bargain.

Afraid you'll find the buy one get one free doesn't work on the starter pack though.

They also have the other stater pack at £8.99 delivered. I like the characters in the £6.99 better though!

My FIL bought this set for my daughter at Christmas...she loves it (was £15 then). I thought the buy 2 get 1 free applied to the funkeys and not the starter sets though.....

I too have ordered 3 of the Funkeys starter packs at £6.99, but the 3 for 2 did not come off, despite it clearly being part of this offer. I phoned and was told to place the order and to call back when I receive the dispatch email at which point my credit card will have been charged, and they would then do a refund of £6.99 for the one that should have been free.

Worth a go I think as it brings the price down to £4.66 each.

Also look out for the Harry Potter diecast Hogwarts Express train at £2.99 down from £12.99

    Don't forget Quidco too.
  • Well despite the site still showing "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" against the starter pack, and a customer advisor saying to confirm the order and wait for the confirmation which would show the reduction, I have been charged the full £6.99 per item.

On calling customer services I've been told quite abruptly that the offer clearly doesn't apply to the starter pack by both an advisor and their supervisor, and that if I'm not happy I should cancel the order. This clearly conflicts with the advertising on the website.

In the meantime the order has been packed so the only option is to keep one for my daughter (the price is still OK), but return the couple of others that were destined as party presents as a matter of principle.

I have just received 3 despatch emails for my three funkeys starter sets - at the full price, so have called them as instructed and they have processed my £6.99 refund as promised. So if you have been refused, I would try again. The offer is still on as of this morning. If you add one of the funkeys to your basket it appears in your basket on the left of the screen with the "buy 2 get 1 free" orange banner underneath it. If you click on this banner it then lists all the funkeys (including the starter sets) that are in the offer. There is clearly no reason for them to refuse this.
