Tribunal PIP
Had a phone call from PIP. I applied to tribunal as I've asked for high rate mobility following my PIP review. The representative asked me a few questions, all of which they already have the answers to from the paperwork. The representative didn't say what would happen, just said I will get a letter on the post. Why call me to ask questions that they already have the answers to ?

Before a tribunal another DM looks as the case, they can revise the award if they so chose.
It's possible the new DM wanted to check answers, but that just a guess.Let's Be Careful Out There1
