Pre-book car insurance with Virgin?

Hello. We're looking to book a holiday to Orlando with Virgin Holidays this November and have the option to pre-book car insurance for £19 a day. Does anyone know if this is the best way to do it or would it be cheaper to wait and do it when we get there?
