Emaiaddress for APCOA pcn appeal

Hi All, apologies if I've missed this but I've been trying to find a reference to an email address to respond to a PCN is have received for express pick up at Manchester airport recently. I have, with all your help) drafted my response as follows:

This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details to try and get around the fact there is no keeper liability (and never can be under POFA).

Due to this being Manchester airport land you will be well aware there is no keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and the fact this is not relevant land.

As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw

If you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCN

So let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it).

Problem is I don't know where to send it, is there an email address? If I go on APCOA site to appeal, I can't complete it without completing all my personal details which obviously I don't want to do. Am I missing something here, how/where do I actually send my response.

TThanks In advance all

If its a postal PCN letter then the appeal options are on the back , if it does not give an email option,, then you cannot use email to appeal

If its a postal PCN letter, they already have your name, address and the VRM details, so filling those in tells them nothing they don't already know , so add the pcn reference too

Dont give them extra personal data, but they will probably want your email address

Don't overthink this stage, but only appeal as keeper, do NOT tick driver

If I go on APCOA site to appeal, I can't complete it without completing all my personal details…

…which obviously any appellant must supply.

I don't understand the dilemma? Of course they have to know that the keeper is appealing - and they know who you are and already have your data.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why all the exclamation marks? I assumed all the people on here genuinely wanted to help others when they were unsure how to go about responding. Thanks for your time .
