I've had a letter to say they wont be continuing with the claim, case closed. That is such a relief, many thanks for all your help.

Wonderful news!
ANOTHER UKCPS ONE BITES THE DUST!
Moorside Legal are definitely copying the lucrative MO of DCB Legal. Frighten and intimidate people until most fold and pay inflated money they don't owe, to make it stop.
Ditch the rest, saving hearing fees and/or advocate costs and avoiding extra costs risk, if the judge finds their conduct unreasonable at hearings. Looks like a repeated abuse of the court process to set out knowing you won't proceed to hearings.
Make a fortune by banking the fixed legal fee allowed in small claims plus sharing the £70 double recovery, tens of thousands of times in all the cases people pay. Rinse and repeat.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
