Mysterious constantly wet brick
Comments

I wonder if it is possible that there is a pin hole in the hose, or a cracked hoselock fitting, which just happened to spray that particular brick when the taps on? Rule out the possibility that someone has been filling up a watering can etc which regularly splashes that brick, leaning a wet bike there or something similar.
I've had some truly bizarre problems happen over the years, only to find out eventually that someone else in the house was causing it, and not saying a thing despite me getting worried and discussing the problem with them !!!🤬
Is it definitely wet, bricks vary in colour across the same batch. As mentioned about maybe buy a cheap damp meter to check. I think you probably need to start there (assuming its not the hose). If only to stop you worrying. If its definitely wet then under sink is probably the first place to check.

Hopefully it improves with time/treatment.
