Lodging complaint about estate agent for emotional blackmail

Yeah fair enough.
Anyway, it's not happening now.

this sounds like a desperate agent - there are a few around but most don't get that carried away
I told one last week very clear reasons why I wouldn't be buying (and they can't be resolved) and she still said "but they'll take an offer" and she has left another voicemail to me now

Just block the number and move on.
Can't really see much point of raising an issue as most of it is probably "he said, she said" unless calls are recorded

Yeah.
Might just leave an honest review somewhere important.

You need to take any emotion, and impressions of the estate agent out of consideration. It's hard though.
Does she still like the house, and would she proceed at the £120k? If so, I wouldn't let the estate agent ruin it and just send an email with something like "We believe the house is worth no more than £120k. Let us know if the seller is willing to consider an offer in the future and we'll revisit, but in the mean time we'll look elsewhere. Please keep future contact to email only".
And then see what happens. It sounds like a desperate estate agent, so I wouldn't be surprised if you see the house relisted with a new agent in a few months at a lower price.1 -
She pulled out, that's when the weird insulting comments started. Needless to say, she isn't buying the house. Vendor didn't drop the price. End of story. Don't buy a house you can't afford. Nothing weird about that.
