Quality of roofing work

Hello,
We have been sent these final photos by our roofer to prove quality of work but without sending us a certificate of completion/final roof inspection report. Someone else has expressed concerns about the quality of work. The behaviour of the roofer has also given us some concerns. Can anyone tell me if this looks satisfactory work please?
