UKPS PCN - Within Grace period sense check

Have received a PCN from UKPS.
The PCN has the driver leaving the car park at 16:26 via ANPR. Parking was paid for until 16:23 (have a confirmation email with this in) so within the 10 minute grace period as laid out by IPC Code of Practice.
For the appeal would this be sufficient to lead with? Or should I also add in the standard template in the Newbies thread? I want to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things.
