Outlook Express / BT e-mail set up?

Hi, Having recently had a new hard drive on my PC, I am trying to set up the 'Outlook express' accounts, but am having difficulty having not done it for a while. I have put in the following details;
Incoming mail server - POP 3
Incoming mail (pop 3) - btinternet.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) - btinternet.com

My e-mails are not being sent...anyone have the answer?

If you go into your bt account you will get the instructions for doing it manually or there is a very handy piece of software that you can download that will do it automatically for you .
