If you mean 12/03/25 then you are way too late to submit a defence, however, with an issue date of 12/03/26 and having completed the AoS in a timely manner your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 14/04/26

Hi I have another question, I have a letter from DCB for a parking charge- different date - so the first was 20/03/25, which I have sent the defence for, and the second I believe was 27/03/25 - same situation exactly as before. Do I wait for them to send a court claim for the second one or I contact them? Thanks

If its DCBL, debt collectors letters, ignore them
If its from DCB LEGAL, and an LBC, respond with the LoC response template in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
