As @Gr1pr already said, as it is Gladstones then use the template defence version for Gladstones claims. Already written. Chan & Akande para 3 as linked in the Template Defence thread.

Please don't ask us to check the Template as you aren't writing or adding anything.

Conicidentally, just emailed me this:

Yes - pointless reply from them - nobody said they were not 'independent' of MB! The point is, BL signed a contract with them and BL are responsible for the actions of their agents.

I've received this today (despite it being dated 30th September)

I've had mediation (I offered £5 but was told that they wanted a minimum of £100)

I'd really appreciate some advice 🙏 Really starting to wish I'd just paid the fine 😔

There was no fine, just an invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property

Do not use the word fine in any of your court submissions, otherwise you will really annoy the Judiciary. !

I presume that they didn't read paragraph 2 because you did add and driver to the end, after keeper

You need to submit an amended defence this week, addressing and refuting the POC and complying with the order by the judge too, adding your additional paragraphs in red ink, keeping the rest of your defence intact

Here is the court order ( Northampton County Court, so i assume that you are in their catchment area ? )

Thanks! Just to clarify then, do I need to add more detail about the alleged breach then?

Just reading para 2 and it seems to say "I have little knowledge of events", so I thought that was all I needed?

It was all that was needed for a standard defence, except that the judge has ordered more details, so you have little choice but to ruminate and mull over your original post and thoughts and comply with the court order
