As @Gr1pr already said, as it is Gladstones then use the template defence version for Gladstones claims. Already written. Chan & Akande para 3 as linked in the Template Defence thread.

Please don't ask us to check the Template as you aren't writing or adding anything.

Conicidentally, just emailed me this:

Yes - pointless reply from them - nobody said they were not 'independent' of MB! The point is, BL signed a contract with them and BL are responsible for the actions of their agents.
