Hi Guys Excuse the dramatic title but this is actually life and death lol!

Ok SO shortest version I can give, just want a little advice as to whether to use this in "her" you (get it yet) defence.

To start we have a disabled badge, this was placed on the dashboard by the wife, cannot for the life of me understand how but upon return the badge was in the footwell and low and behold we get a fine throught he post.

I say the usual ignore it, they give up, they didnt.

I now the wife has a court claim and Im in the dog house big time lol

To add, the place was disgustiing, almost a closed down shopping center in evesham, I tried ringing the center on numerous occasion to try and sort but never ever anserwed.

already done the accpeting of claim etc now preparing defence

Cheers all, LONG LIVE THE FIGHTERS

P.S. this was september 2023 2.5 YEARS AGO!

    Which parking firm?

    Which solicitors are representing them?

Date of Issue shown on the court claim form?

Particulars of Claim shown on the court claim form?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just use the template defence and for paragraph 3 state you hold a valid blue badge and displayed it on the dashboard.

    They'll discontinue anyway.

Yep it's easy. They'll discontinue by the winter when they have to pay the hearing fee.

Don't go doing this in your name though.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
