Upon contact with the winner, Prize Provider shall promptly credit and activate the Giftcards. The Giftcards can be used to book a single or multiple holiday(s), up to £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds) and within the validity period. Please note that if the winner redeems the Giftcards online, they must make sure that the Giftcards have sufficient funds for the full transaction. In the event that there are not enough funds on the Giftcards to pay for the booking in its entirety, the winner must go into a TUI store to book their chosen holiday with the remainder of the funds on the Giftcards and cash or credit/debit card. The Prize winner must be the lead traveller on the chosen holiday(s). The expiry date is printed on the reverse of the Giftcards. The Giftcard expiry dates will be at least one (1) year from receipt. Upon ITV notifying Prize Provider of the winners’ details, PrizeProvider will contact each winner to instruct them on how to redeem their Giftcards. The Giftcards must be treated by the Prize winner as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. The Prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered. The Giftcards cannot be used to buy another gift card. The Giftcards can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards. Any travel products purchased using either a Giftcard or cash are subject to availability at the time of booking and scheduling. The Giftcards cannot be redeemed over the phone and cannot be used in Republic of Ireland or online at crystalski.co.uk.
