HL small pot application

I have my SIPP with HL and accessed small pot last year (tax year) and looking to do small pot this month. I did it by post last year as it was the first time (their rules).

Am I correct I can do this online this year. Had a look in my account / HL site but could not find specific application page, only general contact numbers.

Anyone done small pot application with HL recently.

I have done 2 in the last few weeks - you still have to post them the form but they were pretty quick to action. In the first case I had the money in my account in a little over 2 weeks. The second took a little longer as it was my third small pot, I was not leaving enough in to keep the account open and there was some trailing interest to factor in - still only 3 or so weeks

@Random47 There's no online application for small pots, but you can scan and email them the completed form rather than posting.
