EON should contact you 6-7 weeks before your current deal ends with details of whatever tariffs they are offering at that time. If you've not heard anything by about 4 weeks before, check your online account and see if there's any offers there.

With Eon you can change penalty free at any time. My daughter was on an Oct 26 fix and moved to a cheaper May 27 fix at the beginning of March. You need to constantly monitor the available tariffs in your on line account and switch when it will save you money.
