Unknown associate on credit file
Hello all, I’m new here. I’ve had a search but can’t find anything about this issue.
I logged into Equifax for the first time to try to track down previous car finance agreements. Unfortunately nothing there, but I was very confused by what I found. There is a financial association listed that I do not recognise. The name is not one I’ve ever heard of- first name is the same as my husband but the surname is completely different, plus my husband is listed correctly there separately.
Has anyone else had this happen, or know what I should do?
