Octopus IGO 1st April Rates

Rates for off peak have come down to £5.49 for IGO from the 1st April.

Does anyone know if this £5.49 rate would also apply to charging car during the day or would that still be charged at the 9p rate?

5.49p per kWh not £5.49

It applies to all off peak use regardless of when the car is charged, that is how IOG works.

The 5.49p low-rate is on the March v1 tariff, but that has been replaced by the March v2 tariff at 8p, so hopefully you are already on the March v1 tariff…

Thanks, yes 5.49p rather than £5.49🙂Managed to get on the March v1 tariff as soon as they annound the discount rate from 1st April. Had a feeling it wouldn’t last.
