Pepper money

I've got a mortgage with pepper money, hoping to complete 1st may.

I had to use my credit card to pay for management pack from council plus level 3 surveyor, so £840, I know we shouldn't pay things using credit cards but I had to.

Will pepper do a final credit check before completion, I'm getting worried now

So you don't currently have a mortgage but HOPE to have with pepper money when you complete??

What des pepper money's conditions and othe rpaperwork say about such questions?? Apologies but I can't read them from here.

Good luck. With the orange man-baby trump going bonkers I'd expect terms to change.

Yes, mortgage companies do do final checks at completion before handing over the money to your solicitor.

No i have a mortgage, but as I've got a lot of debt but a lot of equity in my property, i wasn't able to get a mortgage with a high Street lender coz of that, but I keep hearing don’t use or get any other credit, as I've had to use my credit card, I just don't want it to fail.
