VW Buzz - Rear window closure motor, dealer below par.
Hi, I run a salary sacrifice vehicle, however the quality of the vehicle has been disappointing, my question is what can i do and does the CRA apply to such cases as mine.
Background.
New VW Buzz delivered Aug 25. missing AC charger, supplying dealer finally sent on the missing part. not pro-active.
A few months later, the rear electric window slider mechanism falls to close properly, car booked for repair. Dec 25; part replaced by VW specialist at main commercial VW dealer.
March 26 - Repeat failure of replaced part. leaving 10cm gap when trying to close horizontally.
March 26 - Rear electric doors fail, only able to open and close if you can push open the heavy doors. VW roadside technical completed reboot. Now working.
VW Commercial garage now saying June 26 as the earliest they can take the Buzz.
I would check the small print if you are taking on one of these salary sacrifice vehicles as the onus is on you to do the running. The ss company is……..Tusker.
Any comments appreciated.

CRA doesn't apply. Because its salary sacrifice, your company has leased/financed/bought a vehicle from VW, so its their fight. However often with these things, the company expects you to pursue any issues on behalf of them.

Common issue on Buzz. Several presses of button usually works.
