Parking Eye Parking Fine
Please help I am a mobility customer and had to hire a car from Europcar in order for my car to be repaired. I received a parking fine with parking eye as I stayed to long in a car park. This was also along with Europcar also fining me for getting a fine in the first place. I got this cancelled by McDonald's manager and when I went online to appeal it stated I owe nothing.
I have sent the proof by email to Europcar and they said its not a email or letter of a cancellation, and will not accept the screen shot from Parking Eye.
When I call parking eye there is not other option but to pay.
I don't know who else I can get the cancelled fine information from?
Hope someone can help?
Many thanks

Ask your own MP to write to ParkingEye and Europcar and bang their heads together until you are refunded the fee. You are legally entitled to extended time as a disabled person and should not be left out of pocket.
Honestly, don't think it's too trivial for an MP. Parking cases take up most of some MPs' postbags so they will assist.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There are no "fines" these are all just charges or invoices.
