Hi, first time poster - please go easy!

I recently parked at Worcester Country Cricket Club car park with is also the car park for the Premier Inn Hotel where I was staying over night.

I noticed the signage for parking fees and on exiting the hotel in the morning I paid £7.50.

The signage says £3.50 for overnight parking which finishes at 8am.

I paid my £7.50 at 8:07am and was photographed leaving the car park at 8:11am (I had to walk to the car, put my stuff in the boot, set my satNav to where I was going etc).

I sent a picture of the ticket within my appeal.

Received an email this morning to say that my appeal was unsuccessful as I hadn't paid the correct amount. I realise I was a tiny bit over 8am but I paid additional to "cover" it.

Any help on what I should do next? Should I just pay that £60 (discounted rate) due to being slightly over the time?
