Based on this offer, the requirement is 2 Direct Debits from the Household Direct Debits list in place, active when they assess your eligibility and still held and active when the switch bonus is paid.
There's nothing in the T&Cs about them having to be 2 Direct Debits from 2 different companies on the list.
