Conflicting price given on PCN

I was given a PCN from ECP over 30 days ago - even though the parking was free after a certain time hence not checking I needed to buy a ticket. The amount they said was £100 reduced to £60 but an image they have sent me after an appeal shows it should be £75 reduced to £45. Obviously I am out of the 14 day window. What would my best move be having already had my first appeal rejected?

Follow advice in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, post number TWO, in anticipation of a court claim via DCB Legal. If you also read my DCB Legal Discontinuations thread, you will see that ECP/DCB Legal claims are discontinued 100% where they are defended using and following MSE advice.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Do you mean they sent images of signs showing the lower amount? Show us.

Have you gone there and taken pics ready for POPLA stage appeal?
