How to check if i have a county court hearing if i don't receive correspondence?
Currently ignoring the debt recovery letters as advised by this forum, many thanks to those who help here.
There's been no change in address so correspondence should still arrive but is there a way to check online if i have been summoned to court just in case?

It won't be a summons as that is for criminal cases. Have you an open thread for this issue or is this a new one? Have you previously received PCN, letter before/of claim or N1SDT claim form at your address; have you submitted a defence and received and completed a DQ - N180? Have you had a mediation call?

A court claim against you uses MCOL from the CNBC in Northampton, arriving by letter post
The login details for MCOL via your government gateway account are on the paper claim forms in the pack

Thanks both. Yes its an existing issue but i'm up to date with it. Just wondering if there's a way to view court claims online. @Gr1pr if i understood correctly, i have to receive the login details via post to even see if i have any court claims against me?

Thats correct, although I suppose your government gateway account might show claims if you look
I have never had a claim so cannot be certain , but I do know that you have to login to defend a claim
