Hi all,

The driver stayed 18 mins over 2 hrs allowed duration due to a last minute matter they need to deal with in the shop and received a PCN. They also tried to register parking at the end of the shopping however the system didn't allow as it was over 2 hrs.

Any advice on how I should appeal as keeper to get this cancelled?
