Hi all,

The driver stayed 18 mins over 2 hrs allowed duration due to a last minute matter they need to deal with in the shop and received a PCN. They also tried to register parking at the end of the shopping however the system didn't allow as it was over 2 hrs.

Any advice on how I should appeal as keeper to get this cancelled?

    Try Plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum first

    Study the 1st post in there regarding any secondary appeals too

    In this case Eurocarparks cancelled the PCN upon my appeal as I was a customer on site with a proof of payment.
