Parking Group Ltd - Notice To Keeper
Had an NTK from these.
It says 'Should you provide an incorrect address for service, we may pursue you for ….', and
'Should you identify someone who denies they were the driver, we may pursue you…'.
My questions would be 'I wonder what constitutes 'an incorrect address'?, and
Not sure that POPLA lets them put the liability back onto the RK if the named driver denies being the driver?
I'm more curious about the legal aspects of these statements, rather than any real world consequence; I'm more than happy that I can deal with PPC scumcos.
