Have HSBC Visa, who can I transfer my debt to and take advantage of interest free?

Hello all,
I currently have a Visa card through my bank and have £2000 to pay off it, After recently getting the good news that we're going to have our first child in June I want to make sure I'm debt free by the time it's born, so I was thinking of getting a new card that offers an initial interest free period, and transferring my £2000 over to it so I can get it paid off £100 a week with no extra interest on top.
The question is who do I go to as a lot charge to transfer now.
Cheers all!
