Private parking charge

I went to Altafs Balti house on the 10th December at 19:30pm to meet my Christian mens group from st Paul's church and when I sat down my friends told me to make sure I put my car registration in to the the ipad/Samsung tablet so I dont get a parking ticket which I proceeded to do and put my registration in which was witnessed by my mens group and the manager of the restaurant.

Shortly after this got a parking ticket in December.

I made an appeal and explained the situation and my appeal was rejected and no chance given to appeal again,I tried to find an email and phone number but the company who gave me the charge can not be contacted so I could and cant do anything about it and can't challenge it.

I called Altafs Balti many times to be told it had been cancelled and I even had email contact with Altafs.I explained this to Altafs and have had emails and phone calls with them about the situation and was told numerous times the parking fine ticket had been cancelled by them at the restaurant and I have email screen shot of this as evidence and proof.

I went there on Friday 15:00pm April 28th to try to sort it out,I was told to go away and make contact with who gave me the charge and they didnt want to help me so the emails and phone calls will Altafs telling me it has been canceled when it hasn't they lied to me.

They told me to email the company the parking ticket came from and they just tell me ive got to pay and ignore my appeals.

I have got the evidence photos of my car when I entered the private car park in which my car front registration plate can not be seen at all,all that is visible is my cars headlights,the colour of the car can not be seen and the driver of the car can not be seen and from the rear photo of the car the rear registration plate can only be partially see and not distinguishable and unreadable so how can rhis be used as evidence and proof for a private parking charge and to me this wouldnt stand in court against me because the photos are not clear.

The photos where taken when it was dark rendering and the photos unclear and obscured.
