Vanguard in specie stocks and shares isa transfer query

I completed an in specie transfer this week of a stocks snd shares isa. My account had a value of around 23k, but when transfer took place they put price as £197.96. It is the Global All Cap which has never been as low as this. They have said the price doesnt matter it is the units that count, but how can I know the units are correct as my fund hasnt been in the £17,000s for a long time, does this look wrong to anyone else?

Isn't that just your base cost for your reference? Meaning you have had a gain of 26% while holding at Vanguard.

Nothing stands out as wrong with that. You have cropped the value off, so we cannot see it. You have only shown us the unit count and the book cost.

If you think the unit count is wrong, then check your previous provider/platform and see how many units you had on that. It should be the same.

I haven't cropped anything off. The image is from Vanguard where it has transferred from. The value is the £17777.22

The image you have posted doesn't contain a current value. It contains the book cost of £17,777.22.

Its transaction line. not a valuation. i.e. 89.8 units have been removed. The cost of those units was £17,777.22

So, you have 89.80 units, originally costing £17,777 and valued (roughly) at £22,500 yesterday…..

The £17K is the cost, not the current value.
