ParkingEye PCN for retail park overstay
Hello
I’ve just received a PCN from ParkingEye for overstaying by just under 30 minutes at the retail park where my gym is. I did an exercise class, had a shower then did some shopping at the retail park (I can prove this). I stated to feel unwell with a migraine so had to rest until I felt safe to drive and lost track of time, hence the overstay.
I’m thinking of asking the retail park management to cancel the ticket since there are so many retailers ands it’s owned by an overseas corporation. I’ve found an email address online that others have said they used to get help with tickets but I wondered if I should avoid disclosing that I was driving?
Any advice gratefully received. Thanks for reading :)

Just complain about it to the retail park management company as keeper and genuine customer
Plan A is always the best option in these cases
