My point here was without knowing which passport the OP holds and to which country they were travelling.
Travelling within the EU with a valid passport or ID card is unrestricted. Eg French passport travelling to Spain.
Given that they are flying from the UK then there will be a passport check on arrival. OP clearly stats they have an EU country passport.
OP has since confirmed they are on a Hungarian passport and travel ing to Hungary. So as long as the passport is valid then entry then there is no issue.
The OP also notes they have settled status, I would check the validity of this if the passport has expired. Given travel is still within the time frame of the validity of the passport there will be no issue.
