Cost to have dark internal doors painted white?

Hi
I had the brilliant idea to start painting all my internal dark mahogany stained skirting, door frames and doors white. I have bought Farrow and Ball white oil eggshell.
I thought I would have a go doing the smallest room, the bathroom to see how i got on. It's quite fidley and the thought of doing the whole house now has made me think about getting a quote.
My carpet is short pile and well fitted so i don't want to be lifting it for someone to paint. Would a proper decorator be able to do the skirting with carpets down?
I have 14 doors in total, the frames around, skirting in all rooms. I have 3 bedrooms, kithchen, utility, lounge dining room and hallway with skirting.
What sort of price do you think I would be looking at if I get someone round?

if you are changing from a dark color to white then the carpets really have to come up. otherwise you would either have either paint on the carpet or a dark line showing.
if it was white to white then any decent decorator could do it with the carpets still down.
no real idea on price (depends where you live too) but simply working out the time required and days labour rate will give you a budget price?
ie say 2 days at 200 quid per day?Get some gorm.0
