NtK from PCM (parking control management (UK) Ltd) am I doing this right?
Hi
So I received a NtK (below) following the placement on the vehicle I am the registered keeper of a PCN on 27/01/2026, upon discovery of the PCN on the windscreen pictures were taken (see below) and it shows that despite it looking like the tyre was on the "line" it actually wasn't.
I am planning on using the slightly edited (I removed the 3rd and 4th paragraphs about PDT machines and overstay as they are not relevant here) template reply on their online appeal portal. (text below)
Before I proceed could you confirm if I am I doing this correctly or have I missed something I should put in there?
Thank you.
"RePCN number: goes in here
I dispute your 'parking charge', asthe keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractualagreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatoryconduct to your client landowner.
There will be noadmissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn.Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of theallegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actualphotograph of the sign you contend was at the location on thematerial date as well as your images of the vehicle.
My name and address goes here if needed"
Edit: I also wondered if there should have been picure evidence included with the NtK rather than just a link to online evidence?

I would even try the IAS stage, putting PCM to proof that this was marked as 'a restricted area'. Put as your appeal that it isn't.
Don't use any template.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

so just put the original PCN windscreen notice (below) in theParking Control Management online appeal thing, and say that it wasn't in a "restricted area" but no need for pictures?
do I need to say that this wasn't me driving?
I just don't want to get it wrong0 -
No of course you don't lie. If you were driving so what? You won't ever pay.

Hello,
I submitted an online appeal on their website saying:
"The vehicle of which I am the registered keeper of was not parked in a restricted area."
but might have been a day or 2 late for their deadline.
I now recently received this, what is the next move?

As meaningless as the fake appeals system. Ignore it.

IAS isn’t a real appeals service so just follow the “Newbies” thread
