Emails ALLEGEDLY from BT/EE

Over past few weeks have received three emails claiming to be from BT/EE stating I need to sign up to new conditions (attached to email) by a cretain date to continue being able to access my emails. These emails have been from three different names, one using btinternet address & two using outlook (old hotmail) address.

Didn't download or sign anything as they seemed dubious. Needless to say, the cut off dates have passed and I can still access my emails. Anyone else received similar?

    100% definitely a scam.
Hear about these all the time on the BT Users Forum.

If in doubt - on a different device, manually login to your BT email there and see if there are any messages

Never click on login links in an email

I get dozens of similar emails a week- most of which I know I can ignore, but no harm in checking up any that might be genuine
