Halifax Clarity card change to Visa !

Hi All, Ive had Halifax Clarity cards for years for spending abroad cheaply, they have just changed my credit cards to Visa as it was Mastercard, with the clarity card there was no hidden charges but with the new Visa cards be aware there is a Foreign exchange loading of 2.95% and ATM withdrawls cost 5% ! So no longer cheap for use abroad.

Just asked the question on the Halifax web site and this was the reply
Your card's features and benefits won't change. Just remember to update your new card details with any services that take payments regularly.

Totally wrong. There's no change to the card fees - it's still fee-free abroad.

Just paid an online bill in $ to a USA VPS provider using my 'Visa' Clarity Card. No loading whatsoever and exchange rate as it should be.
