Credit fee
Hi everyone,
Last year I was with Utility Warehouse for gas/elect/broadband but I had so many problems with them that I ended up taking them to the Ombudsman, which I won.
I am now with a better energy supplier, and have been for 3 months, but now I am receiving letters saying that I owe UW £6 in credit fee? What is credit fee? As I am paying £3 a month! Even though I am no longer with them.
I have tried emailing them, but no response this time. I have never known a company like this before! I have enough problems in my life, like everyone, and I am too busy. I just want this UW hassle gone!

Update: It's cashback fee? Not credit fee

Did you take out their cashback card? It has a £3 per month fee, get it cancelled as it's awful.
