Transferring Kent Reliance Cash ISA to Principality
What do you put in the Account Number and Sort Code fields on the Principality's online Transfer-In form?
The KRBS account doesn't have an 8-digit account number or sort code, just a long alphanumeric account number.
The form won't submit with these fields left blank, and entering the generic account number and sort code used for paying into any KRBS account doesn't seem like the right thing to do.
TIA.
Edit: Oops, sorry, thought I was posting this in the ISAs subforum. Apologies. Mods please feel free to move ☺️

Your alphanumeric account id should go into the Roll number field (assuming the online form looks like the paper one). The Sort Code/Account Number fields will be fine as you suggest.

Principality told me to populate the account number and sort code fields with zeros, which I did, and it seems to be going through ok. Had an email from KRBS to say they've received the transfer request.
