Ecology BS account number only 9 digits

Hi
I'm trying to sign up to Ecology's new online portal but have hit a snag. My account number is only 9 digits and the form requires 10. Anyone any ideas?

Try prefixing it with a leading zero?

Sorry sorted. Don't know where I got that number from but it's not the account number.
