Parkingeye Parking Charge Notice - VHK, Southall

Hi Members,

I have received a parking charge notice for staying 4 hours and 10 minutes (16:23:47 - 20:34:19) where I paid for 4 hours parking.

This was on a Lease vehicle where the leasing company has already paid but given the option to challenge.

Please help if there is an appeal template available for this scenario. Do I have grounds with grace period as being only over by around 10 minutes.

Thanks

If it has been paid, who are you challenging? Too late to appeal but you could tell the lease company that you are not paying them, as they took it upon themselves to pay rather than complete the transfer of liability slip and pass it to you - the hirer!

They haven't. They've removed your right to appeal.

None of us would pay the lease firm, who had no business to pay it. But what do your terms of hire say about this (word for word please)?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
