Community Bank for Sheltered Housing Committee

Hello all,
We are in the process of setting up a new Committee at our Sheltered Housing complex and we are going to need a Bank Account with no fees etc. Basically a Community Bank, does anyone have any ideas please?

How about CAF and £5 a month ?
