Group Nexus Parking
Got a parking charge today, 23/03/26, relating to my parking at Abbeygate Centre in Arbroath on 29/08/2025 between the hours of 10.06 and 12.18 (well within permitted hours of parking). They have provided photos of the car entering and leaving. I was the driver of my son's motability car. They state that I have failed to pay the parking charge letter of 09/02/2026 and reminder of 26/02/2026 (both of which I did not receive) and therefore, want payment of £170 + £2.50 admin fee which has no breakdown of how this is calculated. I have never heard of this parking charge before and how did I incur this if I was parked within the time limit set? Please advise.

Just ignore them, seeing as you are in Scotland
The letters went to the Registered Keeper, not to you
They cannot have got your details unless the Registered Keeper gave them the details
Who sent this debt recovery letter. ?

Scotland = ignore.

As long as no one tells them who was driving, you can safely ignore this.

I thought parking at Abbeygate centre Arbroath was 2 hours max...unless Nexus have changed it.
