Car Fraud : Where to Start ?

Would be surprised if a bank has allowed someone to have a bank account in a name of a company that doesnt exist. With business accounts you can have a trading style that is different to the business name but some at least won't allow you to include "ltd" at the end as that would imply its a company not a trading style.
Does the invoice contain the company number? Would expect it to be on the footer. Have you searched Companies House for number, address, directors name and company name?
The fact you have bought from a company rather than a sole trader probably reduces the odds of you making a recovery.

Which bank is it? All mainstream banks will only allow an account to be opened with documentary evidence that the company exists, including verifying the director(s). Did the account pass verification of payee?

Have you contacted the dealer?
You say he has 11 cars for sale so presumably he has a phone number. You know where he lives or where he sells the cars. Have you visited him?

We waited two weeks, met again, paid and drove off.
You have mentioned "Met" a couple of times… Was this at their premises or eleswhere?
Have you ever been to their premises?
Are they still trading?

It was a home address, a domestic development which on the Land Registry is still a Land.
Yes, they are still on ebay and cazoo, I reported to Ebay but they decided not to limit the account

I've messaged him straightaway and sent a formal email. No answer
I do not feel safe to go there and it's a domestic development, I believe he just meet people there but does not keep the vehicles on site

On ebay and cazoo he uses two LTD names but none of them is on company house.
No company number on the invoice
Under his name there are two different ltd, but 1. He can just have same name and surname 2. His name on the email can be fake
