Azure Parking - BPA Postal PCN

Hi all,

Received a parking charge notice this morning for an incident on the 9th March. I'm more asking if I have a leg to stand on here because to be fair this notice seems fair albeit harsh. The letter was dated 17/03 but only received this morning.

Parked at 12:28 and paid for parking via app to last until 13:28.

Accidentally arrived back late (wife is pregnant but not really relevant to be honest).

We left the car park 21 minutes late at 13:49 (according to the PCN, no ANPR data or photographic evidence).

Should I just pay this and move on despite how harsh it is or should I challenge it?

Can you upload a copy of the PCN with your address, VRM etc blanked out?

You're kidding, right?! It's Azure Parking aided and abetted by ZZPS. Search the forum. They are laughed at more than any other.

Generally not to be ignored (because appeal looks better) but if you have read any Azure / ZZPS threads you will see how hard ZZPS make it. No point engaging.

Give it a go for the LOLs, if you really want but you'll still end up ignoring them.
