Panasonic Oled TV Fault

I purchased a Panasonic Oled TV from John Lewis in October 25, by January it had started to come on at 3 am playing a radio station and was unable to switch it off, other than removing the fuse from the wall as the remote wouldn’t work. The TV would show one channel with the sound from another, and controls wouldn’t work properly.

The repair was reported to Panasonic as JLP hadn’t fitted the set, it was taken away by Martin Dawes on 2nd February. The situation now is that after 28 working days it is still not repaired ( which is their limit for a repair ) Panasonic need to issue an uplift number so I can receive a refund, but having issued a number a senior manager at Panasonic has resinded this and no excuse has been given.

I am now waiting as JLP won’t issue a refund without the Uplift number and I took this on interest free credit, and cannot cancel and will want a refund on what I have already paid. What is my legal position?
