Help with PC in hospital car park
Hi,
First of all apologies for hijacking someone else's thread. First time posting in this forum.
3 weeks ago I attended urgent care at a hospital in Rugby and I have received a Parking charge notice, in all honestly, I was quite stressed and forgot to pay on my way out.
I have read the newbies thread and as far as I can tell it is POFA compliant but I
don't know which day it arrived as I have been abroad for 2 weeks.
My question is, if it is POFA compliant and I was at fault for not paying am I right in thinking it's not worth contesting?
Thanks for your time

It has the Pofa2012 paragraph on the back, so probably compliant, but you redacted too much info to be checked
Regardless, the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum tells you to try plan A
In this case make a strong complaint to PALS

PALS will cancel this.
