Plan A, complain about it to the retail park management company or landlord or landowner ASAP

Then ignore UKPC. Don't try POPLA.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

there appears to be plenty of space between each car, looking at the photos. Maybe you both need a lesson in parking…..

They've deliberately took the photo just showing my car if the person taking the photo had moved only a foot back it would of shown the crappy angle the Mercedes had parked

But that box is there to allow you as driver of a vehicle needing extra space for access due to disability, and as such it is part of your parking space it isn't designed for UKPC to victimise the driver for their own profits!

Indeed, but don't try POPLA. Ignore them.

We assume this isn't in Scotland?

Come back when you get a DCB Legal Claim Form as that's the end game that you want! Play the game.

Easier than POPLA, no court hearing, no CCJ risked as long as you defend and that's copy & paste. They always later discontinue and nobody pays UKPC a penny!

DCB Legal are their bulk litigators. They make court claims and then discontinue them after you've filed a defence online. Half of people just cave and pay up at that point, which is why using the court system as a cheap debt collection service is an effective business model for them.

That'll be towards the end of the year.

Ignore everything until then, and the debt collection letters. You'll get junk from DCBL "Can't pay we'll take it away" before a DCB Legal Letter of Claim. At that point look out for the court claim in the post.

Come back once you have a Letter Before Claim from DCB Legal if you need reassurance.
