2 operators on 1 car park
Hi all,
Today I've received a PCN from total p car parks for over staying a 30 minute free stay whilst I was in the pub. The car park in question is what looks like 1 car park next the the pub but also has a subway next to the pub, which the signs are not clear. I authorised my parking via the pub on their tablet
I've taken some pictures of where I parked and of the parking signs, the car park looks shared between total p car parks and euro car parks. How can I fight this as it's not clear which bays are managed by which company or is it based on common sense?
I was parked on the blue side
Red scribble is where I parked, blue scribble where another was
total p car park signs on the subway
Euro car parks sign which is clearly visible from the road

You fight it on the signage, it not being clear which bays are managed by the two different parking operators.
Do you know which parking operator the tablet in the pub you registered on belongs to?

The one in the pub is registered to euro car parks

Morning all.
My appeal has been rejected for the below reasons. To add they mention signs on the entrance to the car park, there are no signs on entrance, only a euro car parks sign
But what is interesting, is in the rejection email they mention the signs and have added this picture below to show new parking regulations, but this picture is clearly old - as in my original post, those signs below are no longer there and the sign below the "New parking regulations" sign is also damaged

My appeal has been rejected for the below reasons.
Well your appeal has been rejected because they wouldn't be in business long if they allowed appeals. It's a scam. They reject every appeal.
Appeal to Popla next. Make sure you state that the lack of signage means that no contract was ever formed between the driver and Total and no contract exists to be breached.
They also admit that you registered for "the other part of the car park" yet they don't describe how the parts are demarcated. Clearly there is none. All they had to do was paint a line on the road.
Can we have a look at the original PCN as well.

I'll upload the original PCN later this afternoon

You do realise that PPC's lie all the time and the person that wrote that rejection has likely never been to that site.
Their photos are undated so mean absolutely nothing to the incident on the date in question.

Your photo evidence for POPLA needs to be dated (embedded in the image) and to show that those signs aren't there.
AND lots of site pics (all dated) to show that there is no delineation between the bays.

Hi all,
Are these pictures enough to win an appeal with POPLA?

Yes if you show that the entrance sign is from the firm you paid, and that there's no entrance sign from the firm who issued the PCN.
You need to get in there to show no delineation to tell people that the bays on the left are not covered by the P entrance sign 'Pay & Display' offer.
